Erica-Rose landed close to midnight and was exhausted. The business portion of her trip went very well, her boss will be so excited. Erica also had time to catch up with her mentee, Jesse.

Jesse is a good kid, Erica thought to herself. She’ll be just fine once she remembers what she went there to do.

By the time Erica finally picked up her luggage and hopped in a cab, she could have spent the night there. It didn’t matter how sleepy she was though, her first stop was Kim’s house. Erica called and texted Kim her entire trip. She was so worried about leaving her, but Kim kept reassuring her that everything was fine.

The cab pulled up to Kim’s house around 1:30 and all the lights were off. Erica used the key Kim gave her three months into their relationship and prepared to feel her way through the dark house. When she put her luggage down inside, she realized she wouldn’t have to. There were candles on the floor from the door all the way to the staircase.

Erica followed the candles as they led her up the staircase and right to the master bedroom door. She tapped lightly on the door, but only heard a low melody playing inside the room. She opened the door after a few seconds and smiled as big as she could and even bigger with her heart.

There were candles all over the room as well and rose petals on the bed. There was a faint smell of vanilla coming from somewhere. Erica loved the smell of vanilla, it drove her crazy. Music played in the background and now Erica could hear that it was Boyz II Men. Kim sat in the center of the bed in the same lingerie Erica bought for her the day she ran into Karen.

“Hey babe,” Erica finally spoke. “Did you miss me?” She asked with a sly grin.

Kim didn’t respond. She slowly rose from the bed and walked over to Erica. She wrapped her arms around her neck and kissed her deep and long.

When Kim pulled back slightly, Erica smiled saying, “I guess that’s a yes.”

Kim led Erica to the bed and handed her a glass of white wine. Erica could see Kim already had a glass or two and she smiled to herself. They sat close on the edge of the bed. As they stared at each other intensely both with that fire burning with urge roaring through their bodies, Erica thought to herself, why haven’t I ever seen her this way? Have I had this amazing woman in my life the entire time?

Kim brought Erica back from her thoughts by caressing her cheek softly. She brought her head down to Erica’s and kissed her softly on the lips. Then she kissed her again, deeper this time and straddled her in the process.

Kim pulled the polo Erica was wearing over her head and threw it across the room. It took Kim seconds to slide her fingers underneath her bra to massage Erica’s breasts and a few more to unsnap it and toss it right where the polo landed.

Kim pushed Erica back so she would lie on the bed and slowly flicked her tongue over her nipples. Erica moaned just like Kim knew she would. They continued down her arm to her fingers and they held hands for a moment.

Kim let her lips roam the rest of Erica’s body now. She let her tongue leave a path from her breast down her abs and when Kim slid off Erica’s jeans and matching underwear, her tongue drifted softly to her thighs. Erica was not a patient woman. She was normally on top and was getting antsy. Kim calmed her by sliding her tongue from her thighs into her aching pussy. Erica’s body arched high to match her moan and Kim slid deeper.

“Yes baby, I missed you.” Kim finally responded.

“Oh yeah?” Erica asked. “I couldn’t tell.” Erica chuckled.

Erica kissed Kim’s forehead and they both closed their eyes. Erica smiled to herself and thought with a sly grin, I hope she knows I’m just letting her catch her breath. It is not time for bed just yet.
