Erica and Kim were sweaty, exhausted and out of breath. They laid next to each other tangled up in the sheets after round five.

The room was dark because the flames ran out of wax to feed on. There was silence except for their breathing, because the computer that was playing all the slow jams fell into sleep mode long ago. But the subtle scent of vanilla was still circling the room and it made Erica smile.

“Kim….baby…where on earth did you learn that last move?!” Erica asked while wrapping her arm around Kim’s naked waist.

“I rented this porn the other night and it seemed easy enough.” Kim answered and then paused to reach for her calf. “But baby…. I think I pulled something.”

Erica chuckled hard through her response. “Oh baby……here let me massage it….if it makes you feel any better, I thought you did amazing.”

Kim forgot all about her pain as she swung her body on top of Erica’s.

Raising an eyebrow Kim replied, “Well ma’am, you did a very good job yourself.”

Erica blew on her nails to shine them on her arm, “I do what I can.”

They both laughed a little and then Kim leaned in closer.

“I always wondered who wrote the book on pleasure.” Kim bit Erica’s lip. “May I have your autograph?”

Instead of answering Erica pulled Kim the rest of the distance to her lips and kissed her hard and long.

Erica pulled away slowly, sucking Kim’s bottom lip slightly before she let go. “Baby, I’ve been thinking about us a lot.”

“So have I,” Kim replied.

“I’m sorry for how I’ve been treating you and I think you deserve better.” Erica paused. “No…. I know you deserve better.”

“What I’m trying to say is……” Erica struggled. She sighed as she applied her index and thumb above and underneath her eye, widening her eye manually. Something she did when she was so frustrated and couldn’t find her words.

“Baby,” Kim interrupted. “Who’s Karen?”
