Regina knew better than to believe it would be that easy, but if she was going to give Jae the chance she was asking for, she would have to change as well. She tossed and turned in her thoughts…..Morgan was an amazing woman, but she didn’t deserve the mess Regina was bringing her. Fact of the matter was that despite everything, Regina was very much in love with Jae and didn’t want to betray her with her best friend…

On the other hand, Regina was the happiest she had been in the past year sharing these few months with Morgan. Her heart hurt a little at the thought of having to walk away from her, but it had to be done… What else was a girl to do?

Morgan was completely upset with herself for allowing Regina to open the door. She knew that mack move, she perfected that mack move! She knew what Jae was up to and allowed it to go down anyway. Now, she would find herself back at square one in proving to Regina why Jae was all wrong for her and she was the one meant to make her happy… Where could she begin?

Jae was fast asleep. Unaware of the emotional thoughts swarming in the world around her. She found herself to be completely at peace with her arms wrapped around the only woman she ever truly loved.
