It was a sunny day
and I was late for class
I’m really glad my mom wasn’t that mad
because she was late too
I knew I had to get up
I just wanted to sleep a little longer
I don’t get the big deal anyway
Dad says I will one day
My teacher looked upset
when I walked into class
I took my seat
I hate this stupid school
I just wanna go home
I was half asleep when I heard
this loud noise
It went POW! like that!
It was funny to see my teacher jump

Fighting sleep for some sort of clarity
I can’t go to bed until I record this
All the things that have bounced around in my head
